Palmira does not provide medical, psychological, or professional advice. The App is intended for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Palmira. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. User Responsibilities

By using Palmira, you agree:

• • Not to misuse the App, including attempting to interfere with its operation, reverse-engineer its code, or use it in ways not intended.
• • To be responsible for any content you create in the App, such as journal entries or notes.

4. Accounts and Purchases

• • Some features may require coin purchases. Details regarding pricing and billing are provided in the App Store.
• • Purchases are managed through your store account and subject to store policies on cancellation and refunds.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App (including design, graphics, text, and software) are owned by Palmira or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.
